HE IS TO RESTORE ALL THINGS

THEODORE OF MOPSUESTIA: Therefore there will be a forerunner of his second coming about the time of the consummation. Also this time he is to restore all to true knowledge, restoring everyone who obeys him. The scribes deceived the people when they said that Elijah comes before the advent of the Christ.
