Even when robbed of one’s cloak (outer garment) and coat (inner garment worn next to the skin), Christians must fight the impulse to exact personal revenge on their oppressors (1 Cor 6:1-7) and be willing to part with belongings in the face of persecution (Heb 10:32-34).
