ISB ~ 2 Peter 2 v4 - 10

To demonstrate that the wicked face certain punishment, Peter recalls God’s judgment on the fallen angels (2:4), on the sinners of Noah’s generation (2:5), and on the perverse cities of Sodom and Gomorrah (2:6). These same Genesis stories also illustrate God’s mercy, which reached down to deliver the families of Noah (2:5) and Lot (2:7).
